ADDITIONAL RECRUITMENT ERASMUS + 2022/23

Mobility for studies under the Erasmus + program in the academic year 2022/2023

Recruitment is open to all students. In case of high interest, scholarships will be awarded in the first place to students who did not have the opportunity to participate in the "basic recruitment".

Recruitment for mobility for studies will take place at the Faculties and it will also include mobility for the summer semester and the entire academic year.

Students interested in going abroad should follow the information on this subject in showcases and on the faculty websites or contact the Faculty / Institute Coordinator competent for their unit. The current list of contracts is available on the website.

We encourage you to choose the universities that are part of the European University EUNICE, of which the Poznań University of Technology is a leader. We invite you to examine with the list of universities and the table of ISCED codes related to the fields of study available at individual universities within EUNICE. Mobility of students from faculties that did not have a previously signed bilateral agreement in the Erasmus + program is also possible, because the University has a general agreement on the exchange of students and employees.

The deadline for completing the recruitment depends on the decisions of the coordinators at the faculty, but not later than April 1, 2022.


ERASMUS+ STUDIES 2022/23

Take part in the recruitment for studies under Erasmus + program in the academic year 2022/2023!

Recruitment takes place at the Faculties and concerns mobilities for autumn semester, spring semester and the entire academic year.

Interested students should follow the information on this subject in showcases and on the faculty websites or contact proper Erasmus+ Faculty/Institute Coordinator.

  • Deadline for applications:
    The recruitment deadline is January 17, 2022 (may vary depending on the Faculty, but not longer than January 28, 2022).
     
  • Departure directions: check the list of Inter-Institutional Agreements.

    We would like to remind you can go only
    to those universities with which your Faculty or Institute has signed an appropriate cooperation agreement under Erasmus +.
     
  • Rules, documents and possible universities to choose
  1. Study mobility at partner university must last a minimum of 2 months, and a maximum of 12 months within one study cycle. The period spent at a foreign university is recognized on the basis of a signed Learning Agreement - credited in the course of studies as equivalent to a semester (or 2 semesters) at the Poznan University of Technology.
  2. Each student may complete up to a total of 12 months (360 days) abroad on studies and / or traineeships within one study cycle.
  3. Each student interested in going abroad must meet the FORMAL CRITERIA for a scholarship abroad.
  4. Students qualified to Erasmus+ Program have to check required application documents at host University, deadlines for application, as well as prepare them by themselves. \
  5. Students prepare also the Learning Agreement (LA) in consultation with the E+ faculty / institute coordinator. LA is prepared only in the Online Learning Agreement system.
    Paper versions of the document are no longer accepted.

     
  • Rules for calculating the length of the mobility and financing
    Erasmus+ grant is paid out on a daily basis, which means that even small changes in the period of stay may affect the amount of the scholarship. The number of days and the amount of the scholarship can be checked using a calculator provided by the Erasmus+ National Agency.

    The grant amount cannot be increased after the end of the mobility. If the confirmed period of stay is longer than that specified in the grant agreement, the additional days will be considered as the period of zero grant.
     
  • A journey with low-emission means of transport - Green Travel
    Students / PhD students / graduates can apply for a lump sum (one-time payment of EUR 50) for travel costs resulting from travel by means of low-emission transport (so-called "green travel"). In order to obtain additional funding, you must complete a declaration on the planned route of the trip with an indication of the means of transport. The journey must be made by at least 51% of environmentally friendly transport. For a "GREEN TRAVEL" trip, an additional maximum of two days before the mobility begins and two days after the end of the mobility may be granted. More information - www.put.poznan.pl/greentravel

We invite you to take part in the recruitment for trips under the Erasmus + program in the academic year 2021/2022! Recruitment for study trips will take place at the Faculties. Students interested in going abroad should follow the information on this subject in showcases and on the faculty websites or contact the Faculty/Institute Coordinator competent for their unit.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION

Deadline for applications at faculties valid for the entire university: January 17, 2021. Mobility to study at partner universities must last a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months within one study cycle. The period spent at a foreign university is recognized, on the basis of a signed Learning Agreement - credited in the course of studies as equivalent to a semester (or 2 semesters) at the Poznań University of Technology. Each student may complete a maximum of 12 months (360 days) abroad in studies and / or internships within one study cycle.

RULES, DOCUMENTS AND POSSIBLE UNIVERSITIES TO CHOOSE FROM

Each student interested in going abroad must meet the FORMAL CRITERIA for a scholarship abroad. Each student qualified for a trip to a given foreign university should INDEPENDENTLY check what documents and at what time is required by the foreign university chosen by him and prepare these documents. Then the student should obtain the signatures of the departmental / institute coordinator under the Learning Agreement and Transcript of Records (as well as any other document required by the university, if there is a place for the signature of the so-called "departmental coordinator"). Documents with the signature of the department / institute coordinator must be sent to the International Cooperation Department for the signature of the institutional coordinator. After obtaining all the required signatures, the student submits one set of documents to DWM, and then sends the second set to the foreign university on his own. Find out if the department coordinator requires an additional package of documents for the department / institute.
