First International Staff Week at PUT
The International Relations Office is delighted to invite colleagues from our partner universities to our First Staff Week, taking place from May 26–30, 2025, in Poznań, Poland.
What to Expect:
Contribution to the travel costs
Contribution to the travel costs of participants was introduced in project KA131 2024.
Travel funding for all types of mobility is not available for exchanges funded by previous projects.
The grant amount is calculated as a lump sum based on the travel distance. To calculate travel distance*, please use the distance calculator available at http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm.
Below 500 KM, participants will, as a general rule, travel with low-emissions means of transport.
