Documents required

The candidate is obliged to register in the online recruitment system, fill in online application form, pay the admission fee and upload following documents:

  1. High School Certificate legalized at the Polish Embassy/Consulate or Apostilled1
  2. Transcript of Records from high school (in case the grades are not mentioned in the High School Certificate)
  3. A document showing the grading scale, if not included in the transcript
  4. The statement confirming that High School Certificate allows you to continue your education on a higher level in the country where it was issued. If it is not written on your High School Certificate you may obtain this statement on a separate document from the Ministry of Education in your country or the school which issued High School Certificate - a sample available here2
  5. English language certificate at the level minimum B2.  If previous education was conducted in English please send us a language certificate issued by your school
  6. Scan of the data page from passport
  7. Portfolio (in case of BSc Architecture) - see requirements

NOTE!
All documents should be translated into English by the sworn translator.
Only a completed set of documents will be accepted.
Keep original documents – you will need them in Poland.

1   Apostille and legalization are both a process of certifying documents so that they will be recognized by the legal system of a foreign country. An apostille is used in the exchange of legalization in all the nations that have signed the Hague Convention

2    After your arrival, you are required to submit the High School Certificate recognized by Kuratorium Oświaty (Board of Education) in Poznan. The positive recognition of the High School Certificate is the condition to continue the studies. More information about the procedure or recognition you can find here.
