On March 12, 2025, within the walls of our university, the 26th Job Fair of the Poznan University of Technology took place, organised by the Centre for Internships and Careers and the special purpose vehicle – Politechnika Innowacje.
This year, the Lecture Centre hosted 92 exhibitors representing a wide range of industries, ensuring that students and graduates from all fields of study could find something of interest among the internship, traineeship, and job opportunities. The turnout for this year's event was astounding. There is clearly growing interest among students in the current labour market. They increasingly recognise the need to gain initial experience and acquire new skills.
Thanks to this, company representatives had a unique opportunity to build positive relationships with potential candidates and understand their needs. Visitors to the Fair were given a chance to learn more about the companies, ongoing recruitment processes, and development opportunities.
The organisers received compliments and thanks for the flawless preparation of the event and the impressive scale on which it was held.
