On November 15-17, the 3rd Open Meeting of the Board of the National Representation of Doctoral Students took place at Poznan universities, hosted by the College of Rectors of the City of Poznan and the Poznan Doctoral Students' Agreement. The event began at the Runge College of the Poznan University of Life Sciences with a panel discussion on inter-university cooperation, attended by: His Magnificence the Rector of the Poznan University of Technology, Prof. Teofil Jesionowski, His Magnificence the Rector of the Poznan University of Life Sciences, Prof. Krzysztof Szoszkiewicz, Her Magnificence the Rector of the Poznan University of Economics, Prof. Barbara Jankowska and the Chairwoman of the Poznan Doctoral Students' Agreement, M.Sc. Eng. Agata Walczak.
The Poznan University of Technology was also represented by the Director of the Doctoral School of the Poznan University of Technology, Prof. Alina Dudkowiak and representatives of the PhD Students Union of the Poznan University of Technology: M.Sc. Eng. Julia Milewicz, M.Sc. Eng. Wiktoria Kanciak, M.Sc. Eng. Witold Stachowiak and M.Sc. Eng. Beata Tim.
The next day, meetings of doctoral industry agreements and a reporting panel of the Management Board of the National Representation of PhD Students took place in the building of the Faculty of Architecture and the Faculty of Engineering Management of the Poznan University of Technology. In the evening, the PhD Students' Association Awards Gala ProDok 2024 took place at the Minus College of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, attended on behalf of the authorities of our University by the Vice-Rector for Science of the Poznan University of Technology, Prof. Wojciech Sumelka.
In addition to promoting the self-government activities of doctoral students, the organization of this event highlighted the effective cooperation of Poznan universities and the potential of the city of Poznan as a dynamic academic centre.
