Another Success of Doctoral Students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology

We are very happy to announce that doctoral students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology have achieved yet another success in the international arena. Natalia Burlaga and Adam Grzywaczyk, in cooperation with Branislav Trudić (University of Belgrade), took 1st place in the Deep Tech Innovators – Pitch Final Contest organized by Universidade Católica Portuguesa (https://esb.ucp.pt/pt-pt/advanced-training/deep-tech-innovators-online-advanced-course).

Their team has developed an innovative packaging solution aimed at improving the shelf-life of food products. This solution has also been recognized for reducing the use of plastic and reducing the carbon footprint of packaging.

The Deep Tech Innovators competition within DIP4Agri was financed by EIT Food and EIT HEI Initiative from European Union funds. Congratulations to our PhD students for their commitment and innovative approach to solving the problems of the modern world.

We look forward to further successes and are proud of their achievements!
