GTSE24 is the fourth edition of the Green Technologies for Sustainable Environment conference and the first to be held in Europe. The conference focuses on environmental protection, the development of green technologies, and sustainable development, including the circular economy. Aimed at the academic community, participants will present their latest research findings during the event. GTSE24 will take place from September 22-26, 2024, on the campus of Poznan University of Technology.
GTSE24 is the perfect venue for sharing and disseminating scientific knowledge on innovative technologies and best management practices for economic prosperity and sustainable environmental development.
The host of the event, Poznan University of Technology, is a leading research and development centre in Central Europe. It offers more than 40 programs (in both Polish and English) across 9 faculties to over 15,000 students. The university boasts excellent staff, modern laboratories, lecture halls, and an educational offering that aligns with the development of the region, country, and world. The university creates future-oriented products that define research directions and set advanced practical solutions. Located in the city centre, the Warta Campus provides a comprehensive infrastructure for education and scientific research. Meanwhile, the Kakolewo Campus near Grodzisk Wielkopolski is a modern training and research centre focused on aviation and space technologies. Both locations will serve as venues for meetings and discussions during the GTSE24 Conference.
The conference program comprises plenary sessions, lectures, and poster presentations by participants. In addition, the event will feature thematic workshops and presentations from partners.

The GTSE24 conference will also feature special issues in prestigious scientific journals, as well as inspiring discussions and unforgettable experiences during an off-site session at Poznan University of Technology's Kakolewo airfield. Additionally, the GTSE24 conference will be an excellent opportunity to showcase the history and heritage of Poland in Poznan, the cradle of the Polish nation and the industrial heart of Poland.
The high scientific level of the event has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, which has granted funding for the event as part of the Excellent Science II competition.
