We warmly invite you to apply for the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) ‘Inclusion & Empowerment in Mobility Opportunities’, organised as part of the EUNICE European University Alliance by the University of Catania (Italy) in collaboration with Poznań University of Technology, the University of Cantabria (Spain) and the University of the Peloponnese (Greece). The programme is aimed at university staff interested in the topics of inclusion, accessibility and promoting equal access to international mobility.
About the programme
The BIP aims to develop participants’ competences in the following areas:
- designing and implementing more inclusive practices in higher education,
- promoting accessibility and equal opportunities in international mobility,
- exchanging experiences and good practices between EUNICE partner institutions,
- developing practical solutions to support those participating in international mobility schemes.
The programme includes interactive workshops, discussions, teamwork and meetings with experts from partner universities. Topics will include, amongst others:
- challenges and opportunities relating to inclusion,
- preparing staff for intercultural and inclusive activities,
- the exchange of good practices between EUNICE universities,
- monitoring the outcomes of inclusion initiatives.
Dates
Virtual mobility: 22 October 2026
On-site mobility: 30 November – 4 December 2026
Venue for the on-site part: Ragusa, Italy.
Who is it for?
The programme is aimed at administrative staff and staff involved in managing international mobility (STT).
Number of spots
Poznan University of Technology may nominate a maximum of 2 participants and draw up a reserve list in the event of withdrawals or the allocation of additional places.

Only a complete set of documents (application form + supervisor’s approval for the trip) entitles you to apply for the BIP.
