Over One Million PLN in Support for Poznan University of Technology Students Through the FERS Project

The University’s projects were highly rated under the program “Support for Students in Developing Their Competencies and Skills” – Round II, funded by the European Social Development Funds (FERS).

The total recommended funding for projects from Poznań University of Technology exceeds 1.1 million PLN. These funds will enable students to develop their skills through participation in international competitions, conferences, and the implementation of innovative technological projects.

Among the initiatives recommended for funding are:

  • PUT Motorsport – participation in the prestigious Formula Student competition (294,425 PLN)
  • PUT Rocketlab – participation in international rocket technology competitions (323,895 PLN)
  • AKL Aero Design – design and construction of unmanned aerial vehicles (325,306 PLN)
  • PUT Stem – skills development through conferences and training related to building a chemically powered vehicle prototype (144,405 PLN)
  • KN Spektrum – construction of a mobile vehicle localisation system “SignalTrack” (16,905 PLN)

Additionally, the AKL Vision project, focusing on participation in autonomous UAV competitions, has been recommended for conditional funding, pending acquisition of additional resources.

This is yet another proof that the activities of student scientific associations and project teams at Poznan University of Technology are not only dynamic but also nationally recognized.
