On September 19-20 2024, the Poznan University of Technology, together with "Perspektywy," organized the 18th edition of the Poznan High School Graduate Fair.
Attendance, as always, was massive—thousands of young people filled the halls of our university. Dozens of buses were parked in the parking lots of the Poznań University of Technology.
The 2025 high school graduates attended the fair, along with younger students, teachers, school counselors, and educational and career advisors. "Here, the Matura exam meets university studies."
Choosing a field of study should not be random.
In addition to the Poznan University of Technology, this year's High School Graduate Fair featured educational offerings from: the Poznan University of Economics, the Poznan University of Life Sciences, Karol Marcinkowski Medical University, Adam Mickiewicz University, PASCAL Schools for Adults, Poznan School of Security, University of Zielona Góra, University of Wroclaw, Wroclaw Medical University, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, Tadeusz Kosciuszko Krakow University of Technology, Jagiellonian University, Gdansk University of Technology, WSB MERITO, Professor K. Milanowska University of Education and Therapy, J.A. Komeski Academy of Applied Sciences in Leszno, Academy of Applied Sciences in Pila, WSHiU Academy of Applied Sciences in Poznan, Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military University of Land Forces, and the University of Szczecin.
As hosts, we had the opportunity to set up a booth for the Poznan University of Technology (covering recruitment and Eunice) as well as booths for our nine faculties. At these booths, students, doctoral candidates, and staff from our university enthusiastically answered numerous questions from visitors.
High school graduates had the opportunity to explore a wide range of educational programs not only at the booths but also during presentations by various universities.
Representatives from the Regional Examination Commission provided students with an overview of the rules for the 2025 Matura exam, and career advisors helped guide them toward the right academic paths.
In front of the Lecture Center, scientific clubs from the Poznan University of Technology were showcased: PUT Motorsport, PUT Rocketlab, PUTrain, AKL Aero Design, and PUT Renovation.
We would like to thank everyone who dedicated their valuable time to co-organizing the Poznan High School Graduate Fair.
