The Poznan University of Technology has risen by 4 positions in the global ranking of Polish universities, now ranking 3rd among Polish technical universities.

In the latest edition of the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2025, the Poznan University of Technology maintained its position in the 1201–1500 range globally, while nationally it advanced to 11th place (up from 15th) among Polish universities and took 3rd place among Polish technical universities.

This year’s ranking presents over 2,000 of the world’s top universities, based on a methodology covering five main areas: teaching, Research Environment, Research Quality, Industry, and International Outlook. The Poznan University of Technology scored highest in the Industry category, placing 925th globally and 8th among Polish universities in this category.
