The results of the first edition of The Interdisciplinary Science Rankings 2025, developed by the Times Higher Education (The) in cooperation with Schmidt Science Fellows were presented.

In the list of The Interdisciplinary Science Rankings, the university's involvement in the implementation and development of interdisciplinary scientific research was assessed, which, by combining various fields, allow looking for solutions for global challenges and problems of the modern world. The Poznan University of Technology was in the group of classified universities, obtaining a place in the range of 401-500 and ranks 6th in the group of Polish universities.

749 institutions from around the world were included in the first edition of the ranking, including 12 universities from Poland.
