Students of Poznan University of Technology participated in the Future Forge project in Bulgaria, organised by the Youth Human Impact Association in cooperation with partners from Bulgaria and Italy.
Our university was represented by:

- Patryk Ziółkowski – Faculty of Engineering Management
- Martyna Panfil – Faculty of Engineering Management
During the intensive workshops and international meetings, participants:
- learned about the latest labour market trends related to future professions,
- discovered which skills will be essential for Generations Z and Alpha,
- developed soft skills such as creativity, teamwork, and intercultural communication,
- co-created the guide “Skills and Professions of the Future” describing 50 future professions,
- exchanged experiences and best practices with young people from other countries.
Participation in the project was not only an opportunity for students to broaden their knowledge and acquire new skills, but also an inspiration to reflect on their own career paths in a changing world of work.
