PRIME Grant for Implementing Science in Business

A team led by Prof. Piotr Oleśkowicz-Popiel has been selected to participate in the prestigious PRIME program – the Science Commercialization Support Program, run by the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP) in collaboration with the British consulting firm Oxentia.

The program is funded by the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) and aims to support the most promising research teams in effectively transferring research results to the economy. Out of many applicants, only 18 teams from across Poland were selected – a great honor and a unique opportunity for science to have a real impact on the development of innovative technologies

The team consists of:

– Prof. Piotr Oleśkowicz-Popiel (Scientific Leader)

– Filip Brodowski, PhD (Business Leader)

– Sylwin Tomaszewski, PhD (Technology Transfer Supervisor)

The funding awarded will support the commercialisation of a technology that enables the conversion of organic waste into valuable chemicals.

In the coming months, participants will develop their competencies and gain practical skills in commercialisation by combining intensive expert training with work on real projects with market potential.

We’re keeping our fingers crossed for further success and wish fruitful collaboration!#PRIME #FNP #FENG #komercjalizacja #naukaibiznes #innowacje #transfertechnologii #Oxentia #gratulacje #FunduszeUE #UE
