The National Agency for Academic Exchange has announced the results of the first call for the European Universities Support Program, which aims to strengthen partnerships and the role of Polish higher education institutions in alliances formed under the European Universities Initiative within the Erasmus+ program.
A total of 31 applications were submitted out of which 19 projects were approved for funding. Poznan University of Technology is among the beneficiaries. The application was prepared by the European University Office, with the support of EUNICE IT Board member Michał Weissenberg.
Poznan University of Technology received funding of PLN 1,983,856.93. The funding will cover activities such as:
mobility trips to alliance partners,
organizing joint conferences,
preparing training and educational materials to support cooperation within the alliances,
creating modern tools and teaching methods enabling: remote education, open and massive access, obtaining micro-credentials, and completing subjects/modules required for graduation,
preparing and disseminating joint publications.
The PUT International Relations Office will actively support the activities.
The program is funded by European funds from the European Social Development Fund 2021-2027 (ESDF), NAWA project titled "Support for European University Alliances," project number ESDF.01.05-IP.08-0219/23.
