Science Day 2026 - scientific dialogue at the Pozanan University of Technology

The Poznan University of Technology invites the academic community to Science Day, which will take place on May 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Lecture Centre.

The event will provide an opportunity to present the University’s scientific achievements, promote research and innovation, and foster integration within the academic community. It will serve as a space for exchanging experiences, inspiring meetings, and discussions about the future of science.

Science Day is organized on the initiative and under the leadership of Wojciech Sumelka, who supports the development of scientific activity and cooperation within the academic environment.

The conference program includes:

  •  a series of plenary lectures featuring distinguished scientists from European technical universities,

  •  a poster session presenting the scientific achievements of staff members and research teams,

  •  information stands of university units promoting science,

  •  accompanying events: workshops and lectures.

The event will also provide a space for promoting research teams and an opportunity for direct conversations with experts. The poster session and multimedia exhibitions will take place in the corridors of the Technical Library and the Lecture Centre.
