On December 18, 2024, the Poznan University of Technology signed an agreement with JAKON sp. z o.o. to implement the task in the "design and build" mode—construction of a teaching and training centre of the Kakolewo Campus of Poznan University of Technology in the design and build formula.
The contractor was selected on the basis of a public procurement conducted in the basic mode with the possibility of negotiations.
The deadline for completion is 24 months from the date of signing the agreement.
Poznan University of Technology was represented by: Rector - prof. Teofil Jesionowski, Chancellor - Łukasz Kalupa, Bursar - Piotr Łoździn, Legal Advisor - Szymon Muszyński, Director of the Kakolewo Campus - Julia Gościańska-Łowińska and representatives of the Investment Department - Irena Lisowska (head of department) and Karol Bebejewski (leading supervision inspector).
Jakon sp. z o.o. was represented by: President of the Management Board - Jan Konieczny, Director of the Investment Department - Łukasz Konieczny, Director of the Offer Department - Jarosław Eichstaedt and Head of the Sales Department - Paweł Zawół.
