The delegation included Mr. Daisuke Hirota and Mr. Yotaro Miyagawa, Directors of the Department of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, as well as Mr. Fumiyasu Maruyama, Second Secretary at the Embassy of Japan in Poland.

The meeting focused on the prospects for the development of hydrogen technologies in the fields of energy, industry, and transportation. During the visit, the guests were presented with hydrogen-powered flow and piston engines, a laboratory-scale hydrogen production facility, and technical solutions for hydrogen fuel combustion in industrial systems.
Prior to their visit to PUT, both delegations also visited the Solaris Bus & Coach S.A. factory in Bolechowo, where the host was Dr. Eng. Dariusz Michalak, Vice President of the Management Board.
