On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the ceremonial inauguration of the PUT Centre for Modern Didactics took place, which began its operations at the beginning of April. The Centre aims to create a space where every teacher will find support and inspiration to improve daily work with students. The Centre for Modern Teaching is supported by the University Council for the Quality of Education of the Poznan University of Technology.
The event was honored by prof. Joanna Mytnik’s lecture entitled "Generation Z and Alpha: How is education changing?" introduced the listeners to the secrets of changing generations as well as challenges in the field of education.
Vice-Rector for Student Affairs and Education, prof. Agnieszka Misztal recalled the history of creating the structure, scope and offer of the Centre. She also presented prospective plans and a team of teachers and education enthusiasts, ready to share their experiences in improving teaching skills, using innovative teaching methods and IT tools useful in education.
