INTERDISCIPLINARY CENTER 3W AT THE POZNAN UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY HAS ITS LEADER

The Rector of the Poznan University of Technology, prof. Teofil Jesionowski, appointed prof. Łukasz Klapiszewski for the Leader of the Innovative 3W Center.

The 3W idea created by the President of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka, is a response to the greatest contemporary challenges faced by the whole world: climate change, energy transformation, and availability of drinking water. Through its activities, it builds bridges that connect various environments - science, business, and administration, in order to strengthen the competitiveness of Polish enterprises and help more effectively use the strategic resources of the future: water, hydrogen and coal.

The task of the Interdisciplinary 3D Center operating at the Poznan University of Technology will be to actively participate in the dissemination and development of the 3D Idea and to coordinate activities in cooperation with universities throughout Poland (currently almost 20 leading universities), and in the near future also with universities abroad.
