The PUT in Europe's Rail JU Partnership

Accelerating the development and innovation of technologies and operational solutions in the railway industry - is the main goal of Europe's Rail JU Partnership (Joint European Railway Undertaking). Scientists from the Poznan University of Technology (Faculty of Civil and Transport Engineering and Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energy) will also participate in the project.

A meeting inaugurating the participation of the PKP S.A’s research and development ecosystem in 4 flagship projects of Europe's Rail JU Partnership under the Horizon Europe programme (2021-2027) was held in Warsaw. The Poznan University of Technology was represented by: prof. Jacek Pielecha, Dean of the Faculty of Civil and Transport Engineering, prof. Katarzyna Rzeszut, director of the Building Institute (WILiT) and Krzysztof Łowczowski, PhD from the Institute of Electrical Power Engineering (WIŚiE).
