The National Science Center has announced the results of the 15th edition of the MAESTRO competition, the most prestigious in its offerings. The program supports the implementation of pioneering scientific research, including interdisciplinary ones, important for the development of science, extending beyond the current state of knowledge and potentially leading to scientific discoveries.

Among the projects qualified for funding is the project "Intelligent Decision Support based on Explanatory Preference Data Analytics" led by prof. Roman Słowiński from the Faculty of Computing and Telecommunications. The project aims to develop and characterize innovative decision support methods enriching the theory and methodology of operations research and management sciences.
