VISA HOLDERS
If you are a holder of a visa to Poland, your stay is fully legal and you are not obliged to register .
HOLDERS OF: RESIDENCE PERMIT OF EU COUNTRY / VISA TO EU COUNTRY/ GREEN PASSPORT
- If you are a citizen of the country outside the European Union and you have a residence permit of European Union country OR a visa to other EU country OR Green Passport you are able to enter Poland and stay for 90 days. As your studies last longer, it is obligatory to register your stay and apply for the temporary residence permit in the Office for Foreigners in Poland (Urząd do Spraw Cudzoziemców) as soon as you arrive (because the process may take a lot of time).
