GREEN TRAVEL

Students / PhD students / graduates can apply for a lump sum (one-time payment of EUR 50) for travel costs resulting from travel by means of low-emission transport (so-called "green travel").

In order to obtain additional funding, you must complete a declaration on the planned route of the trip with an indication of the means of transport - https://forms.gle/24rNx5zgr39cQ9XHA.

The journey must be made by at least 51% of environmentally friendly transport. The lump sum in question is paid together with the other components of the Erasmus + scholarship as stated in the declaration.

For a "GREEN TRAVEL" trip, an additional maximum of two days may be granted for travel before the mobility begins and two days after the end of the mobility:

  • For journeys up to 999 km - 1 additional day
  • For journeys over 1000 km - 2 additional days

The distance will be calculated on the basis of the "EC Distance Calculator". The starting point is the PUT Campus in Poznań, and ultimately the campus of the host university.

The declared method of arrival to the host place is confirmed after returning as follows:

If the trip is not confirmed in the above-mentioned manner, the student / doctoral student / graduate will be requested to reimburse the amount resulting from the "GREEN TRAVEL" entitlements.

People traveling by public means of transport (eg BUS, coach, rail) are required to send scans of receipts / tickets confirming the journey to outgoing@put.poznan.pl;

The date on the attached bill / ticket may not coincide with the date of completion of the mobility (dates in the financial agreement), and the journey may not take place more than one month (30 days) before the start of the mobility and one month (30 days) after the end of the mobility ( the exception is the start / end date of the journey, which may be the same as the mobility start / end date);

Students traveling on the basis of a joint trip in a car (at least 2 students in a car) are required to submit a declaration.

If the trip is not confirmed in the above-mentioned manner, the student / doctoral student / graduate will be requested to reimburse the amount resulting from the "GREEN TRAVEL" entitlements.
