Dear Students and PhD Students of the Poznań University of Technology
From 1 June 2026, applications for accommodation at the Poznan University of Technology Student Halls of Residence may be submitted via the eAkademik system.
Detailed information regarding the rules and application procedure can be found in Rector’s Ordinance No. 23, available HERE.

What needs to be done?
1. Submit an application via eAkademik
1–9 June 2026 – Currently enrolled STUDENTS
(The Committee will allocate places by 12 June 2026.)
1–14 June 2026 – Currently enrolled DOCTORAL STUDENTS
(The Committee will allocate places by 19 June 2026.)
2. Sign the declaration in eAkademik and pay the reservation fee of PLN 500 (electronic payment only)
• no later than 22 June 2026 (currently enrolled STUDENTS)
• no later than 30 June 2026 (currently enrolled DOCTORAL STUDENTS)
Failure to complete the above formalities within the specified deadlines will result in the loss of the allocated place.
The date of payment shall be considered the date on which the payment is credited to the bank account of Poznan University of Technology.
