Who can apply for accommodation in the Poznań University of Technology Student Residence?
The following are eligible to apply for a place in a student residence:
- students of Poznań University of Technology,
- doctoral students of Poznań University of Technology.
Applicants may also request accommodation for their spouse or child as part of the application.
How are places allocated?
Places are allocated by the Student Residence Accommodation Committee, based on the number of places available and the criteria set out in the relevant Rector's Regulation.

Application Process
Step 1. Log in to the eAkademik System
Applications for accommodation must be submitted exclusively through the eAkademik system, in accordance with the User Guide.
Newly admitted students and doctoral students can log in to the system only after activating their eAccount.
Step 2. Complete and Submit Your Application
Complete all the required information before submitting your application.
After submitting your application, please check your email inbox.
Important: A correctly submitted application will be confirmed by an email sent to the address provided during the application process. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application has not been submitted successfully and will not be considered.
Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered. Submission of an application does not guarantee that accommodation will be allocated.
Step 3. Wait for the Decision
You will be notified of the outcome by email sent to the address you provided when submitting your application.
Step 4. Confirm Acceptance of Your Place
If you are allocated a place in a student residence, you must complete the following steps by the deadline specified in the schedule:
- log in to the eAkademik system;
- submit the accommodation reservation confirmation declaration;
pay the accommodation reservation fee of PLN 500 to the bank account designated for reservation payments, which is displayed after logging in to the eAkademik system.
Step 5. Move into Your Student Residence
If you fail to confirm your reservation or pay the reservation fee by the specified deadline, your allocated place will be forfeited.
If you do not move into your allocated student residence within the designated period or decide to withdraw from your allocated place, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
Important Information
Once the main allocation process has been completed, you may apply for any remaining available places, subject to availability. To do so, please contact the administration of your preferred Student Residence directly.
