Process mining connects the data recorded by information systems with the business processes they support, helping organisations understand how work happens and where it can improve. This talk introduces its core concepts—process discovery, conformance checking, and process enhancement—and explores emerging connections with machine learning and agentic AI. Topics include predicting process outcomes, guiding automation, and using process mining to monitor and improve workflows involving AI agents. The talk also discusses key challenges, including data quality, explainability, and ensuring that automated decisions respect business requirements. Together, these developments open opportunities to move from analysing past behaviour towards supporting more adaptive and reliable processes.

Serdecznie zapraszamy
