On October 28, 2022, the Scholarships of the City of Poznan for the academic year 2022/2023 were awarded to the winners and finalists of the nationwide subject Olympiads.

Among the awarded students were three students who started their education at the Poznan University of Technology:

• Magdalena Bernal - Laureate of the French Language Olympiad, laureate of the 9th edition of the Polish National Project "Matura 100 per cent”, a graduate of the 1^st Secondary School Karol Marcinkowski in Poznań, a first-year student of Architecture,
• Mikołaj Kiszka - Laureate of the Chemistry Olympiad, a graduate of the 1^st Secondary School of Bohaterów Porytowego Wzgórza in Janów Lubelski, a first-year student of Computer Science,
• Michał Redmer - Finalist of the Mathematical Olympiad, a graduate of the 8^th Secondary School of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, and a first-year student of Artificial Intelligence.
