On July 2 in Helsinki, the results of the competition announced by CAETS for the best short (up to 5 minutes) video in English presenting modern engineering technologies to a wide audience in terms of their benefits for the economy and society took place.

The Polish Academy of Engineering took part in the competition for the first time. From January 1, 2024, PAE is again a full member of this international organisation. The competition in Poland was organised under the patronage and in cooperation with the Conference of Rectors of Polish Technical Universities.

We are pleased to announce that the main prize was won by the AutoMedPrint team from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Poznan University of Technology for the film entitled “Blueprints of Hope: 3D Path to Personalized Prosthetics.” The team was represented by prof. Filip Górski and. Magdalena Żukowska, PhD.

The film prepared in cooperation with the Public Relations Office of the Poznan University of Technology was the best in the world! We overtook, among others, teams from the Netherlands, Singapore and South Africa.

After receiving the award,. Magdalena Żukowska, PhD and prof. Filip Górski presented the awarded scientific achievement - the AutoMedPrint system.
