Admission process step by step
  • FIRST STEP

Familiarize yourself with:

  • SECOND STEP

Candidates set up their individual accounts in the recruitment system by filling an e-form with required data and upload required documents.

NOTE!
Only a full set of documents will be taken into consideration.

  • THIRD STEP

Pay the application fee.

  • FOURTH STEP

Candidates who are applying for the Architecture, take an exam to check their artistic abilities, which consists in checking the ability to transpose space into a drawing plane.

  • FIFTH STEP

The Foreigners Recruitment Committee evaluates the candidate's documents. In the case of first-cycle studies, grades from the high school certificate are taken into account. In the case of second-cycle studies - the result of an interview or online test checking the predisposition to study.

  • SIXTH STEP

Candidates receive information about pre-acceptance via e-mail and recruitment system, along with the details of the bank account to which the candidate should transfer the tuition fee within 3 weeks since receiving this information.

  • SEVENTH STEP

Upon completion of the qualification procedure, ranking lists for each field of study are drawn up.  The candidate will receive an official final acceptance letter (scanned version by e-mail, original by regular mail) with payment confirmation.
On this basis, the candidate will be able to apply for a visa.

  • EIGHTH STEP

Submission of original documents. Upon arrival in Poland, the Candidate is obliged to immediately present the originals of the recruitment documents at the International Relations Office.

GOOD TO KNOW

The candidate may be admitted to only one field of study, but it's allowed to indicate up to three fields of study, specifying the preferred order.
The candidate is qualified for studies with the preference of majors.
