SHORT-TERM MOBILITIES

In the new edition of the Erasmus + program students and PhD students can pursue:
- short-term mobility for studies/traineeship
- Blended Intensive Programmes (so-called BIP’s).

RULES OF SHORT-TERM MOBILITY FOR STUDIES

  • Students (short cycle/bachelor/master) who are not able to participate in long-term physical study (e.g., due to their study field or because they have fewer opportunities for participation) are able to carry out a short-term physical mobility;

  • Physical mobility should last 5-30 days;

  • In case of students at 1st and 2nd level of studies it is compulsory to combine it with virtual component (for PhD students it is optional).

BLENDED INTENSIVE PROGRAMMES

  • Physical mobility should last 5-30 days;

  • Virtual component mandatory for all participants (min./max. duration indefinite);

  • Participation in BIP's must allow obtaining at least 3 ECTS credits

SHORT-TERM MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP

  • Only RECENT GRADUATES and POST DOCs can participate;

  • Mobility lasts from 5 to 30 days,

  • Virtual component is compulsory (optional in the case of post docs) - (min./max. duration indefinite).

Each participant qualified for mobility (student, PhD student, and in the case of an traineeship, also a "recent graduate" *) is entitled to the following funding:

  • Individual support for subsistence and travel costs: 79 EUR per day up to 14 days of activity and 56 EUR per day for the period between 15 and 30 days of activity. ATTENTION: PUT provides support only for 14 days of mobility.

  • The so-called "Green travel" in the case of travel with the use of low-emission means of transport such as bus, train or car sharing The Participant receives a one-off surcharge for individual support. More information on "Green travel" - https://put.poznan.pl/index.php/greentravel.

The scholarship will be granted only for the period of real stay abroad, which will be confirmed in a document confirming a list of achievements (credits), in a certificate of attendance or in a separate document issued by the host institution after the end of mobility. There is no scholarship for the period of virtual mobility.

RECRUITMENT:

  • no deadline for admissions to the Erasmus+ Programme, applications are accepted until the available funds are exhausted,

  • the order of applications counts - "first come, first served", however in case of application to the courses with limited number of participants, the average of marks will be decisive,

  • documents should be submitted to the office no later than two weeks before the planned start of the mobility,

  • we ONLY accept full sets of documents,

Documents required to apply for scholarship

  • Acceptance Letter from the host university;

  • Application form - fill the document, print it and sign.

  • Information clause - please read it carefully and sign.

  • confirmation from a proper Dean's office about a student status and the average of marks for the whole current period of studies (the minimum required average is 3.75).

  • Proof of language (official language certificate / certificate from the dean's office on the foreign language exam grade).

  • The student should submit a written Dean's/ Vice Dean's consent for departure during an academic year.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  1. Acceptance of the host university.

  2. Average grade (minimum average is 3.75).

  3. Assessment in a foreign language (at least B2).
