STEP 2 – Registration in the recruitment system
- Register in the recruitment system.
- Fill out the application and upload a recent photo that meets the requirements applied for ID cards.
- Upload the required documents.
- Set your preferred order of the study programs you are applying for. In a single application, you may select up to three programs. You can be admitted to only one program - the one ranked highest on your list of preferences. Please pay attention to the program language.
STEP 3 – Payment of the recruitment fee
You will receive an individual bank account number, and a single application fee should be paid, regardless of the number of programs you choose.
For programs with different fees, pay the higher fee.
The payment is non-refundable.
STEP 4 – Document evaluation
After reviewing documents, you will be invited to a qualifying interview or test to verify the required learning outcomes.
For all programs except Computing and Artificial Intelligence, interviews and tests are conducted online.
STEP 5 – Notification of qualification
You will receive information about your admission through the application system.
Within three weeks of receiving the notification, the candidate must either:
pay the tuition fee, or
submit an application for tuition fee exemption.
STEP 6 – Admission to studies
After paying the fee or submitting documents exempting from the fee, you will be officially admitted to studies.
You will receive a full set of documents necessary to apply for a visa.
STEP 7 – Submission of original documents
- Upon arrival in Poland, you must immediately submit original admission documents to the International Relations Office.
- Documents are submitted in building A2(Faculty of Civil Engineering), at Piotrowo 5, room 101.

Important Information
Poznan University of Technology offer programs in both full-time and part-time modes. Part-time classes take place on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
