The B.Sc. program in Chemical Technology is designed for students who aspire to bridge the gap between chemists and engineers, combining technical expertise with an interdisciplinary understanding of industrial processes.
A key advantage of this program is the unique blend of theoretical knowledge with hands-on laboratory and technological experience. As a student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, you will learn the principles of conducting technological processes and how to apply them in industrial settings. Through numerous projects, you will enhance your teamwork skills, while a specialized English language component will prepare you for effective communication with technologists across various industries. As a result, you will become a highly sought-after specialist in the international job market.
Upon completion of the 3.5-year program, you will earn an Engineering degree. Throughout the course, you will also have the opportunity to participate in an international internship through the Erasmus+ program and the activities of the IAESTE association.
As an Engineer, you will be qualified to work in industries related to pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, petrochemicals, food, electrochemistry, plastics processing, the synthesis of organic and inorganic compounds, and many other sectors.
Additionally, you can pursue second-cycle studies to earn a Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc.) in one of several majors, including Organic Technology, Polymer Technology, Technical Electrochemistry, Composites and Nanomaterials, Chemical Engineering, Bioprocesses and Biomaterials Engineering, Ecotechnology, or Monitoring. This will significantly enhance your competitiveness in the labor market.
