First-cycle studies:

85 PLN - other fields of study

The candidate pays a single fee, regardless of the number of selected fields of study. If you choose courses with different fees, you should pay the higher fee. The fee is non-refundable.

Refund policy

In accordance with applicable Ordinance 13 of the Rector of Poznan University of Technology regarding the tuition fee refund process, the following rules apply:

  1. Removal from the list of students before the beginning of the semester
    A student is entitled to a full refund of the tuition fee paid for the entire semester.

  2. Removal from the list of students after the beginning of the semester
    Subject to point 3, the tuition fee will be calculated up to the date of the final decision on removal from the list of students. The student is entitled to a refund of the tuition fee for the semester after deducting a portion of the fee calculated:

    • for part-time students – in proportion to the number of completed meetings according to the class schedule;

    • for full-time students – in proportion to the number of commenced weeks, based on the weekly class schedule.

  3. Resignation from studies
    If the removal is due to resignation, the tuition fee is calculated up to the date of resignation.

  4. Refund deadlines
    The University will process the refund within one month from the date of receiving a written refund request.
    In the case of former students, the refund may be issued automatically to the bank account from which the original payment was made.

  5. Failure to undertake studies
    If an international student fails to start their studies, they are entitled to a refund of the tuition fee paid, after deducting the cost of the refund transaction.

  6. Resumption of studies
    A student may resume studies only if there are no outstanding financial obligations resulting from previous commitments.

Important notes:

  • The application fee is non-refundable.

  • Each refund request must be justified. If no specific grounds are provided, the University has the right to reject the refund.

  • If the bank transfer is rejected due to incorrect bank details or other reasons, any costs related to repeated transactions, exchange rate losses, or fees charged by foreign banks are covered by the beneficiary.

  • If the refund transaction is rejected, the next transaction will be made based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the day the transfer was rejected.

Required documents for refund:

  • A justified document (e.g. visa refusal letter, resignation letter, etc.);

  • An official written request for a refund;

  • Bank account details, including:

    • Bank name and address

    • Country of the bank

    • SWIFT code

    • Account number (in IBAN format if required)

    • Beneficiary’s full name and address

    • Beneficiary’s country

    • Currency of the account
