Awards of the Minister of Education and Science for young scientists

We are pleased to announce that representatives of the Poznan University of Technology are among the outstanding young scientists awarded by the Ministry of Education and Science.

PUT Rocketlab was awarded in the "Scientific Clubs" category, the team won first place in the most demanding 30k SRAD Hybrid/Liquid category at the Spaceport America Cup competition in New Mexico, USA.

The Ministry of Health – signing a letter of intent

On December 7, the representatives of the Poznan University of Technology Rector, prof. Teofil Jesionowski, prof. Robert Wrembel, and prof. Łukasz Klapiszewski, met with the Minister of Health - Ewa Krajewska.

The aim of the meeting was to sign a letter of intent on cooperation between the Chief Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

Poznan University of Technology in the AD Scientific Index 2024 Ranking

In the AD Scientific Index – World University/Institution Rankings 2024, Poznan University of Technology is ranked 6th among Polish universities, including 3rd place in the category of Polish technical universities.


The AD Scientific Index 2024 is a ranking system based on Google Scholar data, which in the current compilation considers over 22 thousand scientific institutions worldwide, including 211 institutions from Poland.

Student Rafał Stoga awarded at a nuclear conference

Saudi International Conference On Nuclear Power Engineering (SCOPE) is the first conference in the history of Saudi Arabia devoted to nuclear energy. Held on November 13-15, 2023 at the King Fahd Conference Centre in Dhahran, the event hosted world-renowned researchers and scientists presenting their latest research and ideas to support the development of nuclear energy in the world.

Polish Universities and Santander Universidades

On November 30, the representatives of Polish universities and Santander Universidades met on the premises of the Poznan University of Technology. The seminar concerned joint projects aimed at sustainable development.

The meeting aimed to develop a common diagnosis and a new model for identifying future competencies ensuring a coordinated process of Poland's socio-economic transformation by 2025 in a way based on ecosystems of cooperation with the public-private sector.
