Open Doors 2024 is already a memory

Another meeting with young people interested in studying at the Poznan University of Technology is behind us.

On April 16, we opened the doors of 70 laboratories to visitors - everyone found something for themselves - from design, painting and sculpture to power engineering, engineering graphics, cybersecurity, computer networks, hybrid drives, combustion engines, synthesis of materials and nanomaterials, biomechanics, additive manufacturing, high voltages, ergonomics, testing the properties of plastics, organic chemistry…

Inauguration of the Centre for Modern Didactics

On Tuesday, April 16, 2024, the ceremonial inauguration of the PUT Centre for Modern Didactics took place, which began its operations at the beginning of April. The Centre aims to create a space where every teacher will find support and inspiration to improve daily work with students. The Centre for Modern Teaching is supported by the University Council for the Quality of Education of the Poznan University of Technology.

PUT Campus Game 2024

On the 13th of April, the second edition of the PUT Campus Game took place. Once again, the campus area transformed into a lively board where participants moved like strategic pawns.

Students and employees explored the space by resolving interesting tasks connected with the university.  An additional attraction of the game included role-playing animators, catapults, and XXL-sized dice. The event concluded with the awarding of prizes to the best players and a shared lunch.

The Poznan University of Technology in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024

In the latest edition of the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2024, 4,989 institutions from around the world were analyzed, from which 1,559 of the best universities were selected and included in the ranking lists. The ranking consists of 55 scientific disciplines assigned to 5 main thematic areas: Arts and Humanities, Engineering and Technology, Life Sciences and Medicine, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Management.
