Scientists from the Poznan University of Technology are the Ambassadors of the Polish Congresses

The presentation of the Ambassador of Polish Congress statuettes for the years 2020-2021 took place in Gdynia, after a two-year break caused by the pandemic. This honourable title was awarded to two employees from the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Transport of the Poznan University of Technology: prof. Mieczysław Kuczma (title awarded in 2020) and prof. Agnieszka Merkisz-Guranowska (title awarded in 2021). The event was co-organized by the city of Gdynia, the Polish Tourist Organization and the nongovernmental Polish Conference and Congress Association.

OPENING OF THE CENTRE FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND CYBERSECURITY

The Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity was officially opened in Aula Magna.

After the speech of prof. Teofil Jesionowski, Rector of the Poznan University of Technology, prof. Robert Wrembel, director of the Centre presented the newly established unit.

Inspiring lectures brought us closer to the problems faced by modern society.

INVITATION: Conference of the Centre of Languages and Communication at PUT

We kindly invite you to take part in the hybrid conference organized by the Centre of Languages and Communication to celebrate its 70th anniversary.

The aim of the conference is to exchange ideas and experiences relating to language teaching and learning, as well as the development of communication and intercultural skills in a globalised world.

We especially encourage EMI teachers and members of international and intercultural projects and student exchanges to participate.

5TH INTERNATIONAL MEETING OF RECTORS

The 5th International Meeting of Universia Rectors gathered 700 rectors from 14 countries, representing 14 million students from Europe, the United States and Latin America.

Representatives of 30 universities, including the Poznan University of Technology, participated in the event from Poland. The meeting was a unique forum for a debate under the slogan "University and society".
