On November 15-17, the 3rd Open Meeting of the Board of the National Representation of Doctoral Students took place at Poznan universities, hosted by the College of Rectors of the City of Poznan and the Poznan Doctoral Students' Agreement. Scholarship holder of the 24th edition of the L'Oreal-UNESCO for Women and Science

The 24th edition of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women and Science programme was held on 20 November. 

The aim of the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women and Science programme is to promote the scientific achievements of talented female researchers, encourage them to continue work aimed at developing science and provide them with financial support in the form of a scholarship.

 

This year, awards were given to six outstanding Polish female researchers who prove that the world needs science and science needs women who make ground-breaking discoveries.

From November 12 to 15, Poznan University of Technology students interested in the rail industry participated in the Workshop on Rail Technology 2024. The event was organised in collaboration with Poznan University of Technology and Technische Universität Berlin. This unique international event combined hands-on learning, study visits, and participant networking. 

Excellence Programmes EUNICE - Call for proposals

One of the objectives of the EUNICE4U project (EUNICE European Univeristy) is for the consortium to develop and offer high-quality study programmes (so-called excellence programmes) aimed at the 150,000 students who are part of EUNICE (i.e. studying at one of the EUNICE universities). The programmes - at undergraduate/graduate, master's or doctoral level - aim to use the consortium's collective resources to provide attractive, high-quality education that contributes to solving societal challenges.

DAYS OF STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS AND SCIENTIFIC CLUBS 2024

On October 29–30, 2024, the Lecture Center and Technical Library of Poznan University of Technology (PUT) hosted the latest edition of the Student Organizations and Scientific Clubs Days. 

During the two-day event, students had the opportunity to explore projects, research, and innovations presented by various student organizations and scientific circles. Participants showcased prototypes, research results, posters, and other activities, representing all nine faculties of the university, ensuring that every attendee could find something of interest.
