From November 7–9, 2025, the International Warsaw Invention Show (IWIS) was held at the Copernicus Science Centre – the largest event in Poland promoting inventiveness and innovation. Study Mission of Polish Academic Universities to Morocco

Poznan University of Technology hosted a delegation from the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Tokyo, Japan.

On 30–31 October of this year, Poznan University of Technology hosted a delegation from the University of Electro-Communications (UEC), Tokyo, Japan. The visit was an important element in further developing the existing scientific and educational cooperation between the two universities, as well as an opportunity to exchange experience in research, doctoral education, and the development of new technologies.

New place, new possibilities at Poznan University of Technology

On 27 October, the Ceremonial Opening of the Welcome Point took place at the Lecture Center of Poznan University of Technology. The Welcome Point is a new space created specifically for international students and guests.

The event was attended by the university authorities, including the Rector of Poznan University of Technology, Prof. Teofil Jesionowski, and the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Prof. Mariusz Głąbowski. Together, they symbolically presented a World Map to the Head of the International Relations Office, Magdalena Zawirska-Wolniewicz.

During the Academic Sports Gala in Warsaw, Poznan University of Technology received distinctions for the achievements of its students in the Polish Academic Championships.

The Academic Sports Gala, summarizing another edition of the competitions held as part of the Polish Academic Championships, took place on 30 October in Warsaw. The event was organized by the Main Board of the Academic Sports Association (AZS).

Poznan University of Technology at the International Congress on the Quality of Education in Katowice

From 22 to 24 October 2025, the International Congress on the Quality of Education was held at the University of Silesia in Katowice.

On Friday, 24 October, as part of the Congress, a conference promoting the project “Universities of the Future” took place. The conference was opened by the Rector of the University of Silesia, Prof. Ryszard Koziołek.
