On October 10-11, 2024, the SkillsPoland 2024 Electronics competition was held at the Faculty Control, Robotics and Electrical Engineering of the Poznan University of Technology. The main organizer of the competition was Arkadiusz Hulewicz, PhD.
The main objective of the project, headed by prof. Dominika PAZDER is to create a technically, procedurally, and socially innovative tool called EDITUA, which is to support the implementation of pro-ecological strategies for the regeneration of urban areas by transforming empty spaces in highly urbanized zones. The proposed instrument is to support activities in the field of revitalization and spatial and social renewal in accordance with the idea of urban acupuncture and the paradigm of creating Ecological Districts of Innovation and Technology (EDIT).
Poznan University of Technology – University for ambitious students
The EUNICE Alliance Games, the now traditional sports tournament of the EUNICE alliance, will take place from October 21 to 24, 2024. For the first time this year, Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France (UPHF) will be organizing the event in the Valenciennes region, north of France.
The team consisting of: Mateusz Kukla, PhD, prof. Łukasz Warguła, prof. Bartosz Wieczorek, prof. Dominik Rybarczyk and Michał Kończak, MSc received two awards in the form of gold medals at the following events: Innoverse Invention & Innovation Expo 2024 (23-24.08.2024, Georgia, USA) and Indonesia Inventors Day IID 2024 (28-31.08.2024, Bali, Indonesia).
