Documents required

The candidate registers in the admission system and uploads a complete set of required documents:

  1. Bachelor’s degree diploma, together with a translation into Polish or English, prepared or certified by a sworn translator listed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Poland or by a consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where the document was issued.

  2. Diploma supplement or another official document listing the subjects and grades obtained, together with a translation into Polish or English, prepared or certified by a sworn translator listed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Poland or by a consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where the document was issued.

  3. Certificate confirming the final grade point average from the entire course of first-cycle (Bachelor’s) or long-cycle Master’s studies (if not included in the diploma supplement).

  4. A document indicating the applicable grading scale, if it is not included in the diploma, together with a translation into Polish or English, prepared or certified by a sworn translator listed by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Poland or by a consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where the document was issued.

  5. Statement issued by the Director of NAWA confirming that the diploma entitles the candidate to apply for second-cycle studies.

  6. One of the English language certificates listed here,
  7. Passport or another identity document (for inspection).

  8. Portfolio (required for Architecture or Interior Architecture programmes). Portfolio guidelines.

  9. Document confirming eligibility for a tuition fee waiver, if applicable, or NAWA Director’s decision in the case of scholarship holders.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

The candidate is required to present the originals of all documents immediately upon arrival in Poland, and no later than before the start of the academic year, at the International Relations Office (ul. Piotrowo 5, room 101).
