Second-cycle (Master’s) Studies – Required Documents for International Candidates

The candidate is required to registers in the online admission system and upload a complete set of required documents:

  1. Bachelor’s degree diploma, together with a translation into Polish or English, prepared or certified by a sworn translator entered on the list maintained by the Polish Minister of Justice, or by a consul of the Republic of Poland in the country where the document was issued.

  2. Diploma supplement or another official document listing all completed cources and grades, with a translation into Polish or English (as specified above).

  3. Certificate confirming the final grade point average (GPA) from the entire course of first-cycle (Bachelor’s) or long-cycle Master’s studies (if the Diploma Supplement does not include this information).

  4. A document presenting the grading scale, if it is not indicated in the diploma, with a translation into Polish or English (as specified above).

  5. Information on the diploma issued by the Director of NAWA confirming the eligibility to apply for admission to higher education in Poland.

  6. Certificate of proficiency in the English language at level B2 or higher. The confirmation may be one of the documents listed in Annex 1 to the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 30 July 2025 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland of 31 July 2025, item 1045),
  7. Passport or another identity document (for verification).

  8. Portfolio (required for candidates applying for Architecture programme). Portfolio guidelines.

  9. Document confirming exemption from tuition fees, if applicable, or a decision issued by the Director of NAWA in the case of scholarship holders.


Important: Incomplete applications will not be considered in the admission process.

Candidates are required to present the originals of all submitted documents immediately upon arrival in Poland, no later than before the beginning of the academic year, at the International Relations Office (ul. Piotrowo 5, room 101).
