If you are studying on other university (in Poland or abroad), you can apply for a transfer to Poznan University of Technology.
Terms and conditions for the transfer:
- The transfer is possible after you passed at least the first semester of your studies.
- The application for transfer has to be submitted no later than 30 days before the start of the semester.
- The admission decision is made by the Rector, on the basis of the opinion of the Dean from the faculty you are applying to.
- Dean determines:
- semester, which you can be admitted to,
- programme differences, which you will be required to cover.
Course recognition:
- After the transfer, we can give credit for the passed courses from your previous university, on the condition that learning outcomes match those in our study programme.
- You will receive the equivalent number of ECTS credits that correspond to the learning outcomes assigned to our courses and work placements.
How to apply for a transfer?
- Fill in the transfer application.
- Attach to your application:
- Your academic transcript confirmed by the university, which includes:
- names of courses,
- number of hours,
- grades,
- the ECTS assigned,
- a note on the grading scale used at the university (in case of foreign universities),
- a detailed description of the study programme (e.g. syllabuses),
- certificate of student status from your current university, which should contain information according to the template.
- Your academic transcript confirmed by the university, which includes:
- Send scanned documents to the following e-mail address: study@put.poznan.pl.
In case of a positive decision regarding transfer admission, we will request you for:
- a completed student questionnaire,
- recruitment documents* (in case of transfer from foreign universities).
