  1. Study mobility at partner university must last a minimum of 2 months, and a maximum of 12 months within one study cycle. The period spent at a foreign university is recognized on the basis of a signed Learning Agreement - credited in the course of studies as equivalent to a semester (or 2 semesters) at the Poznan University of Technology.
  2. Each student may complete up to a total of 12 months (360 days) abroad on studies and / or traineeships within one study cycle.
  3. Each student interested in going abroad must meet the FORMAL CRITERIA for a scholarship abroad.
  4. Students qualified to Erasmus+ Program have to check required application documents at host University, deadlines for application, as well as prepare them by themselves. \
  5. Students prepare also the Learning Agreement (LA) in consultation with the E+ faculty / institute coordinator. LA is prepared only in the Online Learning Agreement system.
Paper versions of the document are no longer accepted.

  • Rules for calculating the length of the mobility and financing
Erasmus+ grant is paid out on a daily basis, which means that even small changes in the period of stay may affect the amount of the scholarship. The number of days and the amount of the scholarship can be checked using a calculator provided by the Erasmus+ National Agency.

The grant amount cannot be increased after the end of the mobility. If the confirmed period of stay is longer than that specified in the grant agreement, the additional days will be considered as the period of zero grant.

  • A journey with low-emission means of transport - Green Travel
Students / PhD students / graduates can apply for a lump sum (one-time payment of EUR 50) for travel costs resulting from travel by means of low-emission transport (so-called "green travel"). In order to obtain additional funding, you must complete a declaration on the planned route of the trip with an indication of the means of transport. The journey must be made by at least 51% of environmentally friendly transport. For a "GREEN TRAVEL" trip, an additional maximum of two days before the mobility begins and two days after the end of the mobility may be granted. More information - www.put.poznan.pl/greentravel
