Submission of Original Documents

Candidates who have been admitted to Poznan University of Technology are required to submit the original versions of the documents uploaded during the online application process.

📅 Submission Periods:

  • From 2 September until the start of the academic year – for students admitted to the winter semester 2025/2026
  • From 3 February until the start of the summer semester – for students admitted to the summer semester 2025/2026

❗ Important Information:

  • You should bring the original paper versions of all documents uploaded to the online recruitment system.
  • Electronic documents (e.g. PDFs with electronic signatures) are not accepted. Only printed originals with an official stamp and signature are valid.
  • If you uploaded temporary documents during the admission process (e.g. a confirmation of graduation), you are now required to present the final version (e.g. your diploma).
  • Candidates from Ukraine who submitted NMT exam results shold present the official confirmation issued by the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment, “Довідка” document, with a valid signature and stamp.

📌 Appointment Required: 

All candidates should schedule an appointment in advance in order to submit documents with the link. Submission without a booked appointment will not be possible.
