The candidate is obliged to register in the online recruitment system, fill in the online application form, pay the admission fee and upload the following documents:
- A school leaving certificate obtained in Poland or abroad, or another document that entitles the holder to apply for admission to higher education institutions of all types in the country whose education system includes the institution that issued the certificate, together with a supplement or another official document listing the subjects (if not indicated in the certificate or other document obtained abroad) completed by the candidate at school along with the grades obtained. The documents must be translated into Polish or English by a sworn translator entered in the list of translators maintained by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Poland or by a Consul of the Republic of Poland serving in the country where the document was issued.
- Document presenting the applicable grading scale, if not included in the certificate along with a translation into Polish or English prepared or certified by a sworn translator listed on the list of translators maintained by the Minister of Justice or a consul of the Republic of Poland serving in the country where the document was issued.
- Decision on the recognition of education obtained abroad issued by the Education Superintendent or information about the certificate confirming the eligibility to apply for first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies issued by the Director of NAWA (more information available on the NAWA website).
Note: This requirement does not apply to certificates obtained in EU, OECD, EFTA, or EEA countries, as well as to IB/EB diplomas, Ukrainian certificates, and the Chinese Gaozhong certificate. Some are recognized in Poland by law. - An external/national examination result qualifying the candidate for first-cycle studies in the country or educational system in which the certificate was issued (if available).

Document entitling the candidate to a tuition fee waiver, if applicable, or a NAWA Director’s decision, in the case of scholarship holders.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
The candidate is required to present the originals of all documents immediately upon arrival in Poland, before the beginning of the academic year at the International Relations Office (ul. Piotrowo 5, room 101).
