SECOND STEP
- Register in the recruitment system.
- Fill out the form and upload a photo, which must be current and comply with the requirements for issuing identity documents.
- Upload the required documents. The list of required documents for candidates for the first-cycle and second-cycle studies. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Establish the preferred order of study programs you are applying for admission to. A candidate is only qualified for one study program – the one that is at the top of the individual preference list. Pay attention to the language in which the studies are conducted.
THIRD STEP
- Make the recruitment fee payment.
As part of a single application fee, you can choose up to three study programs.
An individual bank account number is generated for each candidate. The recruitment fee should be paid to this account, regardless of the number of chosen programs.
If you are applying to programs with different fees, please pay the higher amount.
Please note that the recruitment fee is non-refundable.
FOURTH STEP
The Admission Committee evaluates the candidate's documents.
For first-cycle (Bachelor's) studies, the evaluation includes grades from the secondary school leaving certificate and the results of the central/national examination.
If the document equivalent to the Polish secondary school leaving certificate (świadectwo dojrzałości/matura) does not specify the level of the examination, the result will be considered equivalent to the basic level of the Polish Matura exam.
In countries where an external/national exam may be taken as an additional qualification for admission to first-cycle studies, the result may be considered equivalent to the extended level of the Polish Matura exam.
After reviewing the documents, the candidate is invited to an online examination.For second-cycle (Master's) studies, after the submitted documents are analyzed, the candidate is invited to a qualification interview or test to verify whether they have achieved the learning outcomes required to begin the study program.
For all programmes except Computer Science, Computing, and Artificial Intelligence, interviews and tests are conducted online.
FIFTH STEP
- The candidate receives information about qualification for admission via the recruitment system.
Within three weeks of receiving this notification, the candidate must either pay the tuition fee or submit an application for a fee waiver.
SIXTH STEP
- After paying the fee or submitting documents entitling them to a fee waiver, the candidate is officially admitted and receives a complete set of documents required to apply for a visa.
SEVENTH STEP
- Submission of original documents.
Upon arrival in Poland, the candidate must immediately present the original admission documents at the International Relations Office.
Documents are submitted at the Faculty of Civil and Transport Engineering building, ul. Piotrowo 5, room 101, Poznań.

GOOD TO KNOW
A candidate may be admitted to only one study programme but has the right to select up to three programmes, indicating their order of preference. Qualification is based on the declared preferences.
At PUT, study programs are offered in full-time and part-time modes. Part-time classes are held during weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday).
